Hello all! My name is Casey and although I am a pediatric nurse by trade,  I recently decided to take the plunge and obtain a group exercise certification through AFAA.
I am a Virginia native, but have come to find North Carolina home! I spent eight years in the Air Force, but I am now enjoying my role as a military spouse and mom.
I have four kids ranging in ages 17-2! One or more of my kids is always at the gym with me, and may have seen one my oldest son helping Coach Angela in the Kids Fitness class!
I have always loved fitness, but am especially fond of Dance! Having fun while burning calories AND making friends is what makes our classes so popular and downright addicting!
After about 2 years of attending all of Brandi's classes, I decided I wanted in on the instructor fun and haven't looked back yet!I want to share my joy and love of Forte with everyone!
Besides family and the gym, I absolutely love to cook, I especially love Thai and Indian food! I enjoy making unique healthy meals and cooking for my friends and family. Good food and laughter is my idea of a PERFECT night! Come sweat with me at a Dance Fit class, or come work out beside me at the Forte Fit or HIIT classes! Hope to see you soon!

Hi! My name is Cindi Hall. I have been working out in gyms for over 35 years (yes, I’m not a spring chicken!). In 2011 I was motivated to become a personal trainer and became AFAA certified. Shortly after that I became a Tabata Bootcamp TM Certified Trainer. I have enjoyed combining personal training and Tabata Bootcamps in the early mornings as I am employed full-time as the court reporter in superior court in Moore County. I also love tennis and play as often in the evenings and weekends as I am able.
My name is Matt Horner. I am a certified Specialist in Strength & Conditioning, as well as a Personal Trainer through the ISSA, (International Sports & Sciences Association). I was born & raised just 30 minutes south of Orlando, in a small town called Titusville. I left Florida upon graduating high school to pursue a degree in Exercise Science & a minor in Physical Education at Darton College in Albany,Georgia. I also played soccer on an athletic/academic scholarship at the collegiate level (Division II), for 4 years at two different schools. I graduated in 2013 from St. Andrews University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physical Education for grades PK-12.

I have been personal training & coaching in the fitness industry for the past 6 years. I just recently finished working at a small private college, St. Andrews University, for the past two & a half years as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for a number of the sports teams. I worked alongside the Women’s Volleyball team, Men’s & Women’s Soccer teams, and also the Women’s Lacrosse team. I also have experience working with youth sports programs as an athletic conditioning coach, as well as speed & agility coaching. Sport specific drills, circuit training, & athletic conditioning are my passion. In my free time you can catch me outside. I enjoy participating in any kind of Obstacle Course Racing events, working out, or anything that’s related to being out on the water. I believe that physical activity is a large portion of overall well-being & happiness. My ultimate goal is to help clients find fun in fitness. I want to empower and excite people to live a healthy lifestyle, embrace physical activity, and enjoy the outdoors.

Hey ya'll! My name is Nicolette Welker and I'm a California born, Carolina raised military spouse and mom to 2 rambunctious boys. I'm a UNC-Wilmington graduate and consider the coast my home, but I absolutely love this small community! I've always had a passion for music, sports and the outdoors. Growing up I played piano, clarinet, and swam for the USC Gamecocks youth swim team. I enjoy fishing and long walks on the beach...I love dancing as a form of exercise, stress relief and simply a way to have fun. Like many moms, I gained a good amount of weight after having children. I tried a lot of different things but it wasn't until I discovered Zumba that I got hooked on dance as my main form of exercise and the pounds started to come off. I started to make up my own dances to do at home, but it wasn't until I met Brandi and took her original and empowering Dance*Fit class that I became inspired to share them. After being so warmly welcomed by everyone at Forte Fitness I decided to get AFAA certified to teach as well! I've so enjoyed not only making new friends to dance alongside with but being up on stage sharing my passion. As a mom and a Moore County substitute teacher I can't wait to have fun dancing with your kids in Kids Dance*Fit this summer, and with you in Dance*Fit too!
My name is Jonathan Welker, but you can call me JP. I have a passion for fitness and helping people achieve their personal goals. I am also a nationally certified personal trainer through ACE ( American Council on Exercise) a level 1 crossfit coach, and a certified mixed martial arts strength and conditioning specialist. I look forward to meeting and helping you all towards your goals.
